As a senior digital marketing strategist with 10+ years of experience, I take pride in being able to see the big picture, consult B2B brands on their marketing strategy and tactics, simplify complex processes, conceptualize and bring various stakeholders to align on the shared purpose through impactful communication, facilitation, creative workshops and relationship-building.

I am driven by humans, data and storytelling. Both analytical, process-driven and structured thinking as well as abstract creative approach merge and intertwine within me.

I’ve helped and am continuously helping B2B companies from early stage startups to fast-growing scale-ups to corporates €100M+, in the Nordics and beyond. I get kicks from dealing with complex products, long sales cycles and multi-layered customer journeys, helping to turn marketing into a revenue-driver and a meaningful function within the organizations.


My guiding principles:

1). Regardless of the industry, we all operate in the H2H sector - Human-To-Human. People buy from people they know and trust.
2). Not everything that’s important can be measured. Not everything that can be measured is important.
3). Marketing is about human psychology, story-telling and building relationships, not tools and tactics.
4). I went from digital marketing to growth hacking to growth marketing to demand gen. Different names, labels and buzz words, but essentially it’s all about doing good old marketing by providing the right value to the right audience on the right channels.

Marketing aside, I am a public speaker - I give keynotes on diversity & inclusion, I run startup pitch training, I host workshops on personal branding, networking, thought leadership and LinkedIn, I host events and facilitate workshops of any complexity.
